Most employees are good and hardworking. They are the only reason I have given 2 stars

Only 8 leaves in a year - You get 2 days off for every 3 months you work. 26 working day policy - For every unpaid leave, you will lose more from your salary compared to a 30-day working policy. Favoritism and politics is rampant amongst top management Lack of proper tools to work with has been an issue
