Pros

Their intentions are good, I suspect.

Cons

They don’t live up to their contractual obligations. Their HR department is worse than bad. They have a very top-heavy organization with lots of mgrs making big salaries all managing not enough front line therapists and case mgrs, who are making low salaries. Morale typically stays very low.

Pros

They exist and are supposed to support folks with their health/mental health. Work here and get the experience that sets the bar for everything else being better somewhere else.

Cons

Continual layoffs, citing "organizational restructuring" which we all know is lack of funding, meanwhile the top tier of management is making $200k and starting masters level therapists are $23/hr.
