The work hard, play hard mantra at Axis is truly incredible. People are so passionate about their work and are truly such creative, brilliant minds. Employees are willing to drop everything and help someone in need. If you are willing to put in the work, you will have the valuable opportunity to learn all facets of the promotional marketing industry. Larry Cohen, the CEO, is awesome--he has an open door policy and is willing to listen to any and all staff. Upper management at Axis really wants you to enjoy where you work, constantly planning different activities from happy hours to philanthropic projects.

Communication can get messy--while people are definitely transparent, everyone is always so busy that not everything is conveyed thoroughly all the time.
