Pros

Good cinematic work, pretty good looking stylized artistic projects. It's good for an artist to learn and grow in some challenging stuff.

Cons

The schedules are mainly super tight. Light and compositing work done together, not by seperate departments. So usually, there's too much work and so little time. That puts a lot of stress on you. The pay is low compared to the work that is delivered. There's no industry standart pipeline. They have one tool just to open show specific path defined software packages. No proper pipeline for compositing as well. Sometimes the tools don't work at all. Tech support is quite minimal. Generally the amount of work, with the tools and resources they have, it's a pain to work with this company. The farm is never enough, and there's a big battle about it. Generally your project is held for days on farm, while you're on delivery because of other shows are top prio. Work and life balance is terrible. I've seen some burnout artists who are desperate. New starters have no clue but feel the tense environment nonetheless.

Some of their work looks good.

Cons

Bad pay, no training, poor management. They bid their projects low and you pay for it.
