Pros

Extremely lean, intelligent and forward-thinking organization. Has a laid-back "work hard, play hard" mentality, yet people don't hesitate to wear multiple hats to see an objective through to successful completion. Though we are growing and expanding, management strives to keep the diverse "family" mentality alive and well. It is becoming more and more rare to find employees that are willing to go consistently above and beyond the call of duty, not only because of pride in their work, but also pride in their company and responsibility to their co-workers; Axis is one of those rare places.

Cons

Definitely some growing pains with the addition of such an innovative product, however management has quickly recognized this and has swiftly responded by bringing in the right talent and experience to make it flourish.

Pros

I have had the great honor and fortune to work with the CEO, Michael Valdes, and the Axis Tech teams since it was founded over 15 years ago. I personally witnessed and also helped the company grow and evolve from a single professional services team, to multiple teams around the world, and from a services only business model to a product and service offering. In all this time one thing has remained constant -- the unwavering integrity of its leader, Michael Valdes. His approach to always doing what is right for the ATG customer, the ATG employee, AND the ATG contractor is rare and inspiring; it's why ATG is a great place to work. Every company goes through growing pains and experiences ups and downs but so few have a leader that has managed to build and retain talented teams of high caliber, skilled professionals. If you have an opportunity to work at ATG at anly level -- take it! -- you will be glad you did.

Cons

Can sometimes accept project work when it doesn't fit well within the company business model and vision.
