Friendly environment to work. Professional work ethics and culture. No micro-management at all. Timely pay.

It would be good if commute is provided. Incentives should be raised.

NONE - No employee support from HR, Payroll, management

It took me over six weeks to get my first check and it was a cash advance because they didn't have their payroll correct/setup. At least a timecard/paycheck problem once a month. Upon end of contract, it took me another 6 weeks to get final check. Did not pay earned required sick time pay until threat of bringing government involvement. Still waiting now for unemployment filing by them for over 2 months. Communication responses with them is only done with threats of government involvement.
