Pros

Nerve tissue products this company manufactures and distributes are amazing and have tremendous potential for market growth

Cons

No leadership - literally. The highest paid people in the DC do not even show up most days. You will be blamed for everything they can think of. 90% of work is done by 10% of the people while low performers coast by incessant complaining and doing less than the minimum. There is no communication from leadership and decision is based off of knee jerk reaction rather than objective data and customer focus. I sincerely worry about the direction this company is heading, and I'm saddened that the products that this company offer are degraded and jeopardized by the toxic work environment.

Pros

The most discriminating, racist Regulatory Affairs Management

Cons

The most discriminating and toxic Regulatory Management I have ever seen in my life. Seriously how can a company tolerate such toxicity. They promote based on favoritism, or people who literally bow down to them. If you are highly unintelligent , but are willing to stomp people, Management will promote you.
