Pros
Benefits are ok, and there are features of the compensation that are fairly good. Products are well researched and respected within specialty field it represents. Not a lot of competition and/or limited competition is weak, not a lot of focus on peripheral nerve damage from other players.
Cons
Salaries are low, HR has not benchmarked salaries it seems in awhile. Culture is weird, its all based on being an expert in the area of peripheral nerve damage, no matter the role you are in. Upper level management is arrogant to say the least, and they micro manage people to death in the organization, to the point that a lot of people are starting to leave. A lot of pressure on profitability and making a number since the company is public and shareholders have more say in the direction of the company and its future investments.
