In this team you will be faced by not only your work load but the managers day to day mood, and problems with their home life in family. The team is constantly changing with a high turn over rate, the manager can barely being able to hold employees for a year. You will recognize that they can put on a face for executives and higher up but heir attitude shifts as soon as they walk away. During my team on this team the manger was never honest with me or the team, changing any team function on a whim. You will also recognize that very few people in the department respect her or liking working with them.
