Extra workload and overnight work

1. Gain so much experience in less time. 2. Motivate for full stack development. 3. Active celebrations and activities. 4. Good for freshers & experience seekers.

1. Too much micro management. 2. Not recommend for work life balance. 3. Even they say flexible timings. We have to work 12 to 9 and sometimes late nights. 4. Partiality for their own core team members and other employees 5. There is no systematic process to complete project. They are always in rush. 6. Management scare you for some things if we don't follow as they say. 7. Join if you can handle work pressure and hard working. 8. They have a hire and fire policy. They can fire you within 1 day and don't give any prior notice also.
