No team, relies purely on outsourced devs. management always changes direction. Minimum legal leaves. No bonus. Working day and night, management has no idea about tech and has unrealistic expectations

I would say leaving this place would be your pro.

Toxic working environment. Avoid at all cost. Company is run by an unprofessional person with no experience. Extended working hour, chasing unrealistic goal while not having a team is laughable.
