Pros

You have some individuals in management who are there as glorified figures but cannot actually effect real change. How can you have only one person in HR??? For a company of nearly 100 people. Leadership hide behind France and cannot own their decisions. If you are liked you’ll be promoted, even when you cannot perform, and when you have clear gaps within knowledge. If you not liked you’ll be placed on a shelf. I’ve seen some employees promoted for things they cannot do. But because their manager is close to leadership the promotion goes through. When I first joined the business I was so happy to see diversity within leadership but quickly realised it was a distraction It is so easy for consultants to get sucked into to gossiping! Sheep mentality - they cannot think or act for themselves and they have unrealistic expectations on what work actually means and how to navigate employment. Sadly, you can’t really blame them as most of them started work during the pandemic. Stay away from this company full of politics, gossips and backstabbing.
