Irksome experience - Anonymous employee Azidus Laboratories Employee Review

Azidus laboratories Ltd is a Clinical research organization. I worked here more than a year, immense experience you gain from this company in both ways. Company's top person is a showpiece and meanest person. He thinks he knows everything in the business and scientific part of work. He proclaims it is a science driven company but he actually fabricates the work for the business clients for their satisfaction. He uses people for the work needs after that cast you out like a trash. No professional behaviour to the staff, verbal abuse and unpalatable words. Increment and incentives depends upon his mindset, doesn't see the work you have done for the company. Self-proclaimed block head, erratic in nature and acts according to his whims & fancies (gentle ones). Mild ones are treated like a scapegoat for other’s mistakes. Hostile situation is created to employee to chuck you out the company, if the company doesn't like person. Amount of stress and work load is inversely proportional to one's monetary value in this company. Management; Company has remorseless attitude towards lesser grade employees. No overtime or extra hours pay and Work hours beyond office time. Management has a scout in every department. Act of coercion happens to the employee in all hierarchy level. Being a research organization involving human life unethical practices happens sometimes. No long term prospects works in the organization. They tried to dispense the experience ones periodically to save the company’s disbursement. Micro-management full scaled. To conclude state mental satisfaction won’t be there at end of the day and think your further prospects in your career development in this organizations.
