Firstly, there seems to be a lack of effective leadership within the finance department. The leadership approach adopted by certain individuals appears to be overly aggressive, which has resulted in a negative impact on team dynamics and morale. This aggressive manner of management is counterproductive and does not foster a conducive work environment. Moreover, the workload expectations seem to be unreasonably high, without yielding tangible benefits for the company. This excessive workload not only affects employee well-being but also hampers productivity and overall performance.
