Great Company - Associate Director Azure Knowledge Employee Review

Friendly co workers , quiet offices , at times bagels or pizza is provided the hours are good and they are flexible

Management does not communicate well, There are high expectations to complete projects but leads provided are no good. They do not give you the tools to do your job. There was only like 1 day of training and then you get thrown to the wolves. I said they are flexible until they find out you are looking for a new job then they try to fire you for some reason or make you quit. All in all my experience there was ehh. I would not recommend. We were all promised incentives for completed studies and they never give them out.
