The Breinigsville building was renovated a couple years after we took over the former ULine section. We employees get along for the most part. Pay is decent plus OT.
Cons
The way we are treated in the breinigsville distro Center compared to employees in Allentown is obvious and NOT in a good way. Upper Management at Breinigsville is nonexistent. We’ve given complaints about safety and nothing is done or fear of getting black balled for bringing something up and then worry about our job. They installed bike racks, but this is a joke. no one rides a bike to work! Yet the other things we ask for are ignored. It’s so bad that the SAFETY guy QUIT. One of the only ones who care about us is Mike, but his boss and his boss’ boss are not good examples of leaders. There is no trust in this building.
