      Pros

      High salary. It is a very good place for a junior dev. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Very rigid processes. Lack of possibilities to improve your skills. There is no mentoring at all. Long and slow projects (more than 5 years).

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
