False freelance Fulltime employement without benefits ( paid sick leave, paid vacation, ...). Toxic work environment.

Literally no pros to mention apart from remote work (only doing COVID)

Pushy money centred management with absolutely NO sympathy with employees. Expected to work like a robot and churn out sales even though "Soft selling" is claimed. No regard for mental health or general wellbeing of employees, Masters of paying minimum wage for as long as possible.
