There are NO pros to be found here. NONE. Working for B Line Events has been horrible, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same terrible experience I went through!
Cons
I will never recommend working at B Line Events to ANYONE because of how horrible my experiences was working for them! Right from the start, I was already expected to take on massive workloads, meet difficult demands, and reach insane targets, all while I was given ZERO training and ZERO guidance! I was constantly at a loss on what to do, and instead of being supported, I was yelled at and insulted for being incompetent whenever I messed up, and I couldn't even ask my colleagues for any help, because they were just as lost as I was! Even after I was able to find my footing and get used to the hectic pace, I was still completely miserable due to how horrible the managers here were They were incredibly hostile, abusive, and insecure. They hated seeing others succeed, so instead of providing support and leading by example, they opted to sabotage employees, which was not only harmful to the employees but also to the company itself. What really pushed me over the edge, though, and made me want to finally leave, was how terrible my work-life balance was!
