Pros
Possibility to work from home occasionally and scholar schedule (Monday to Friday no rotative shifts)
Cons
Insufficient and insulting pay for the amount of work, responsibility, knowledge and training a person has. There is no company culture, the atmosphere is so toxic that it's scary to go into the office. If someone disagrees with you because of the colour of your eyes, that's it, you're a target for them to shoot until they push you to the limit. Yes, workers are pushed to their psychological limits for a handout at the end of the month, but it's always disguised with that 'we're all a family' farce. We don't work towards any specific goal, we have no idea of our purpose beyond making money to feed the Porsches. Managers with the mentality of pre-25 April in Portugal, who don't know and don't want to know, who are arrogant, overbearing, mean, prejudiced and sexist. Mediocre workers will always be the most valued, so there's no point in making the slightest effort for your job, as you won't be appreciated. The cleaning lady at the council earned more than me.
