Issues with computer CRM system.

Friendly people in the office; most of the people there came from companies that were acquired after working together for decades. I heard they just sold the business, so maybe things will improve with new leadership.

No real loyalty to anyone. Leadership tosses around employees for their own gain. Training is non-existent and they continue to use old and antiquated technology to save money. The people at the top are very clique-y and have no interest in what their employees think. They have a old-fashioned mindset that does not seem to believe in diversity in the workplace. Work-life balance is difficult; I would consistently get calls at the crack of dawn and late at night for things that either didn't involve me or could definitely have waited until work hours. No real employee benefits, and they do not pay PTO or any pending commissions when you leave.
