Needs help - Production B & F System Employee Review

Everyone is very nice to work with, i've never had any issues working here. It's very easy going and time goes quick with a constant flow of day to day operations. Also, everyone is very understanding and works with you if you need to take time off or go home early.

Lay offs can be a problem if there is not enough work for the department you're in.

Good people to work with and laid back atmosphere.

Upper management is a joke!! This place is for entry-level people only looking for experience and then you need to get out as fast as you can. This company is going downhill fast and they are not afraid to fire you on the spot and tell you "you don't fit in with the company". The crazy part is I did not even get fired from there I just see how they treat people. This company does not offer raises even if you have been there for 5 years. I had to get out of there fast and its only because the company moral is so low. Everyone one there is miserable and trying to leave asap!
