Across my time with the company, I experienced several leadership and communication challenges that affected team morale, clarity, and psychological safety: • Unclear expectations and inconsistent communication: Project success criteria and performance expectations were often not clearly defined, leading to misalignment, rework, and uncertainty about priorities. • Feedback lacked structure and consistency: Performance feedback was irregular and frequently non-constructive.
