Pros

My team and fellow colleagues

Cons

Higher up management, constantly changing their mind about what they want, forcing the extra workload on staff but giving no extra hours to complete it. Constantly visiting with mystery shoppers and scoring us out of 10 which is belittling when they don't see how hard we actually work. Don't care at all about the staff running their stores, think we can be replaced. Would pay us even less it they legally could. Always want to take on 16/17yo so they can pay them so little. Just waltz in the shop pointing out anything bad, or a gap, not commenting on the good stuff. Expect so much when paying so little with no benefits, especially middle management; there's no employee recognition for them OR bonus; not the store manger bonus is much considering they put in 60 hour weeks. When you work out how many hours you work on salary, it equates to less than minimum wage, it's honestly disgusting. I never get my breaks as it's just too busy and no staff Awful, awful upper management, I only stay cos of my fellow colleagues. But won't last much longer with this slave driving, inhumane company!
