You earn a bit of money, but nowhere near enough for the demanding roles, and certainly not enough to live on.
Cons
Management - the biggest cause of every problem within this Dark Age era based comapny. Managers who sit in the office playing games on their phones and demanding that the staff work harder to entitle the manager to get their bonus at the end of the year (where staff don't even get a thank you). Instead you will be constantly criticsed for what workload you haven't managed to get done, as opposed to praise for what has been done. We staff don't appreciate dealing with the rude, aggressive public and having to deal with your unrealistic workloads in impossible timeframes for minimum wage, no thanks and have our job security threatened on a daily basis. I cannot stress the satisfaction I had when handing my notice to my inept store manager, and refusing to reconsider when asked to. We don't care for you earning a bonus when we get nothing more than minimum wage, we also don't care about the company on the stock exchange. The entire company needs an overhaul, and it needs to begin from the top.
