Terrible company - Store Manager B&M Retail Employee Review

Do not work for B&M. Terrible company. Expect you to work 6am after attending alarm call out at 2am. Also worked 6pm-1pm the next day - how can they get away with that! Area manager expects you to be available 24/7. No work life balance. No supports. Expected to do everything with no staff. Terrible pay. Spoke to other managers at stock takes no one likes being there they all hate it. Do not join.
