The income potential is great, and the tools and time are given to you, so that you can reach the heights you wish.
Cons
The cons at working at B4 logistics have more to do with the industry than the company itself. There is a lot of variables in the trucking industry. So you have to be adaptable and willing to learn. Training can be a little challenging, because a lot of scenarios are only teachable when the event comes up.
