      Pros

      Small office and family environment - can also be a negative. Beware

      Cons

      Salary is shorted, manager tells you that you are getting x hourly rate and then you get y. Deceptive practices all around. Also poorly managed company where stress is prevalent when it can be avoided via better communication methods. It's a Mickey Mouse, 90's company to sum it up.

      Flexible Hours Can Leave Early if things are slow

      If you don’t hit numbers in 3-6 months you will be fired Micromanagement everything you do will be questioned Little to No career Very old school reluctant to new ideas No PTO structure
