They sell you the Idea that you will be making so much commission and that you will be working in an office in Canary Wharf but the reality is that it's a call centre with no windows and toxic people.
They use a structured script when they call people and start their conversations with a fake interview for a 'Trainee position' they applied for months ago in which they would ask questions such as "What are you looking to gain from the position?" eg. experience or a specific skill and then at the end of the interview, they convert what the caller said they hope to gain, as something they lack for the position they applied for when stating that they haven’t got the job.
The purpose of the fake interview is to give callers a serious impression about Bradstone Allington and not the reality which is to primarily sell you their Work Placement / Training Program with high prices ranging between (£2000 - £2500).
The work environment at Bradstone Allington is toxic with people making fun of callers to a personal extent, such as their picture and their cultural backgrounds. Despite the company having elements of diversity in the workforce, everyone plays a part towards this type of behaviour. One of the managers has a terrible attitude towards his team by using verbally degrading terminology and tries to carry a wanna-be-bossman swagger which in itself is embarrassing to watch as he doesn’t even demonstrate the basic qualities you would expect from someone in a management position.
