Pros

This is a family owned company...and the Higgins family is wonderful. Good place to start out if you have no sales experience..if you can make it here you'll make it anywhere.

Cons

"Base salary" is a joke. 32.5 for everyone starting out so be prepared to live in poverty for at least 6 months...unless you have another income supporting your family or you live rent free this is a tough place to work. This is not even a true base salary....you punch in and out and are technically an hourly employee. It takes a lot longer to ramp up than projected by the training team/managers....and unless you are chosen as a favorite you will never get good material. The resourcing process is a joke here and your goal is based off the days in a month and not the work supplied to you....in other words find a way to hit your number even if we don't give you material. There is a "team" atmosphere here but there is only 1 team that consistently hits goal so if you don't happen to be on that team than don't even look at the team bonus because it won't apply to you.....other people's incompetence directly effects your paycheck month after month and the upper management keeps the under-performers around so they won't have to pay out team bonuses.
