Best colleagues and Digital department used to be great

Digital team no longer work professionally. Does not follow industry standard. They relied heavily on AI. Mass hiring on Q4 2025 for Digital department, Suddenly on April 2026, they announced they will downsized the whole Digital department up to 80% due to redundancy. CIO, CTO all replaced with non-IT personnel who plays politic at work. Bad CEO, bad company planning. Probationer does not allowed to take Annual Leave. My confirmation are froze because they don't want to give me compensation/MSS. Instead, I was terminated since I am still unconfirmed staff. I was treated like an enemy of the company once I was shortlisted for termination.

Used to have great workspace with good leaders and teams

Uncertainty from top management (CEO, Special Office). Super micro management. Change of direction a lot of times in a short period. Lead by AI decision instead of experience leader. Will not recommended this company if you are applying for IT Department. As long you are not in "Generate Income" Department, your life will be hard.
