Pros
Fairly transparent around merger-related events and outputs. Did their best to incentivize teammates throughout the merger process and pandemic. Making strides in DEI.
Cons
Legacy leadership can be annoying. Tenure, does not, a good leader make. Not a whole lot of effort in merger cultures and teams. The branding is great but masking a much larger cultural divide. Maybe it’s get better with time?
