Decentralized Company with Centralized Control? - Anonymous employee BBSI Employee Review

I've never seen a company that flaunts decentralization that has more red tape and control from the top. This company does not allow its employees to make any positive changes without cutting through many levels of red tape. This is also the least technologically advanced company I've ever worked for. How are we supposed to help other businesses succeed when our own business lacks the basic technological infrastructure to allow your employees in the field to succeed. This is a company to come to right before you retire - this is not a company where you can seek development, raises, or a long-term career.
