      Pros

      Good base pay Team was great to work with, good people

      Cons

      Management isn't helpful or experienced in real sales. No training or skills development. Micromanaged to the max. Branch manager is cold and inhuman. Not to mention his humor is borderline inappropriate. I don't recommend the utah county branch. Bbsi should standardize branches, every location is run differently and it isn't effective. Technology delayed.

      Pros

      No pros at all but it’s better than being unemployed and living in mommy’s basement.

      Cons

      Everything about this organization is awful. They will treat you like a turnip and squeeze every last bit of blood from you. No pay raises ever, so if some snot-nosed kid gets hired a year or two after you, you’ll be stuck at the same salary while they get another 10K more than you.
