Sometimes it can fee like we are understaffed.

Some freedom and flexibility. Decent benefits. Vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement fair.

Training was lacking, inefficient, and poorly organized. Technicians are often left to learn through trial and error (onsite!) Upper management not trustworthy-promises unfulfilled. Top heavy organizational structure.
