Decent pay, cross-team collaboration is good but could be improved. They do giveaways for employees which is cool.

Micromanagement at its finest, feels like walking in an eggshell.

The pay was quite satisfying and beyond the average in the same industry.

1. Chaotic management with unclear job dispatch; 2. The owner constantly gaslights the staff and command you to work regardless it's your day-off or not; 3. Human Resources aren't trying to improve the working environment at all.
