      employment discount was very good

      Cons

      so unprofessional, management were awful, wage always paid later, went into administration and did not warm staff members, very hard to get in touch with via email/phone

      Pros

      It was a good company to work for under a visionary CIO and supportive IT upper management. Flexibility was another perk as long as you got the job done.

      Cons

      Budget issue and Financial troubles led to chapter 11 and eventually disintegration.
