      Pros

      Having a job with benefits while I’m searching to get out.

      Cons

      The clients are bullies. Long hours on salary, impossible to get work done in 60+ hours a week. Lack of management. Leadership is clueless about staffing levels and expectations. Pay is terrible for how poorly treated and unappreciated. Revolving door on the account. Always taking over other peoples dumpster fires.

      Pros

      Paid time off is excellent and some other little perks throughout the year. Summer Fridays, some depts do a soft close over the Christmas holidays

      Salary isn’t that great and the benefits are expensive

      Work from home. I can work at HQ if desired.

      Cons

      Pay isn't very competitive. Health care premiums are pricey for what you get. Training can be rather minimal depending on the team.
