Perfect size in my opinion. You can discuss issues with the owners of the company while also having the resources of a billion dollar organization. Great teamwork between the advisors, not as cut throat as my past employers. The organization will work with you to grow your business. No weekly/monthly sales goals that often put extreme stress on advisors. This is my fourth organization as a financial advisor in my career and can finally see myself at a company for 20 years plus.

The business of financial advising in general is difficult, riding the ups and downs is challenging. Name recognition is not a powerful as a Merrill/Morgan/Goldman etc.

Great support, training, culture and family-like office environment. They have the resources and structure to allow advisors like myself to grow their practices to new levels as well as bring newer advisors into the industry with an excellent training program. Ability to help generate leads and identify key markets has been a huge help. Technology and back office support has been better than expected. Compensation and benefits are very competitive. Rare to find a company that focuses on its employees before its bottom line.

Financial services can be a tough industry at times, but that's the case regardless of the company. Right training and support helps tremendously.
