Pros

They had benefits, and I got a paycheck

Cons

Complete lack of management, in fact there was not 1 full week where my manager showed up everyday, because their social life is more important. The CEO is trying to have this cool hipster-ish brand, but it's definitely not working. 95% of employees are related to said CEO, how can you grow as a company if you only hire family vs people who know what they're doing? As you can see in their Facebook reviews which is allllll from family. Lastly, employees have gotten away with doing terrible things to other employees, owners know and look the other way. Therefore, just stay away.

Pros

I met some genuinely great coworkers who were just as confused and burnt out as I was. Trauma bonding at its finest.

Cons

Where do I even begin? This place is a masterclass in how not to run a company. Leadership plays favorites like it’s a sport, communication is practically nonexistent (unless you count passive-aggressive Slack messages), and accountability? Only exists if you’re low on the food chain. Workload expectations are unrealistic, systems are a mess, and when things go wrong, the blame somehow always lands on the people doing the actual work. Meanwhile, those responsible for the chaos skate by untouched. And let’s not forget the “leadership” that told me to keep smiling so new hires wouldn’t quit while secretly posting my job behind my back. Real classy. They love to talk about growth and culture, but what they really mean is: keep quiet, take the blame, and don’t question anything especially if you’re not in their little clique. Speak up, and suddenly you are the problem. Lastly, please don’t expect any raise, promotion, growth, management support, or company culture to meet your expectations. Even if your expectations are low, they still won’t give you any of that.
