      i like the work hours, the pay and how everyone gets along because it is a small company.

      There are not that many cons. The biggest thing is there is no room for growth.

      Pros

      Comfortable and casual environment with a family of supportive coworkers and management. The salary is fair and there is reasonable opportunity for growth. Benefits are good too if you’re full time! 1 he lunch and no weekends or holidays. Christmas bonus and overtime opportunity!!

      Cons

      It’s in Mid-town…so the traffic isn’t ideal, but the lunch opportunities are abundant.
