Pros
The company has a great leadership team. Although there are still some disconnects from the merger, which is to be expected (the company is still working through the culture gaps). They try to take care of any potentially displaced employees - again, 2025 has been a unique year due to the unpredictable government contract environment. Work-life balance is a priority, and many employees talk about the ability to take PTO with the ability to fully recharge. They also added LinkedIn Learning this year, which has been great for me to continue upskilling myself. Even though it has been a very tough year, I know leadership is trying to see how they can continue to make the company stronger!
Cons
The culture from the acquired company is unique and still visible. Again, I know we are working to create a united culture, and I look forward to all the great things ahead!
