GIE organization seriously halted career growth - GIE Engineer (Engineer II) BD Employee Review

Career growth in the GIE organization was nonexistent for some people (generally true for all teams except R&D). This lead to some extremely experienced, high contributors, who were not promoted or compensated fairly. Extremely slow at times Reorgs every couple years with changing leadership and direction undermines the leadership teams credibility. A high level R&D engineer that was incredibly hard to work with and incompetent that likely will cost the company millions in delays.
