      Pros

      Many good people at low level of the company. Brand recognition. External ethical hot line. HSA option for health insurance.

      Cons

      Too many top executives don't have the knowledge they need to stewart the technologies they are managing. On top of this, many of these same managers are focused on their careers rather than the technologies and people that they are managing. Ironically these should be interrealted, but at BD they are not.

      Pros

      There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
