Pros
The work is hard, but the people on the team are great. My managers (I've had 5 during my 5 years there) all care about their employees and for the most part look out for us.
Cons
CareFusion was recently acquired by Becton Dickinson. Culture has changed and many jobs have have moved from San Diego to the East Coast. Large company, communication isn't always the best.
