Pros

Nothing good about the company! Everyone can’t wait to leave. Except those managerial or management waiting for their retirement! Can go out to snake, tea break or smoking break for every hour. Every staff tends to stayback late, for the management to have impression that they are hardworking. Go out for long hours dinner, come back chit chat, pack & leave. Come in late through the back doors the next morning.

Cons

Worst remuneration package, lowest among all small firm. 18 months bond, 3 years laptop bond, with 12 days annual leaves. Managers & partners are there to create politics rather than provide a good working environment for the staffs. Senior manager will just throw everything to you and starting to play blaming games when any anything goes wrong. No briefing or discussion throughout the engagement, will only look for u when the deadline comes near.

Pros

Not everyone will be your person, but the ones who are, you'll keep them for life. The intensity of the work forges real bonds. When you go through the grind together, those friendships/mentorship stick long after you've moved on. Same goes for upper management.

Cons

During busy season (approx Jan to April), 40 hours is a floor, not a ceiling, and that's pretty standard for firms of this type. On the consulting side, you're constantly juggling multiple clients with overlapping deadlines, so if time management isn't your strong suit, you'll feel it fast. Compensation is solidly middle-of-the-road; don't expect it to wow you.
