Managers in specific, smaller groups have questionable qualifications and are only favored due to sheer experience (length of employment within the firm) extreme favoritism and unprofessional behavior. Office politics are at an extreme- managers will gossip with admin instead of doing their jobs efficiently. Personal vendettas and jealousy is a large issue at hand here. It’s as if the low morale and hostile workplace environment has regressed managers back to high school.
