Pros
Many people have been with this firm for more than ten, twenty, even thirty years - they must be doing something right! It's a great place to work with lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Salaries are generally above average for the industry. The people are some of the best I've worked with - they truly care about their employees. Those who actively contribute to making the firm a better place and help the firm achieve its goals can expect to be warmly received into the fold. Those who are "in it for themselves" shouldn't be surprised when they're dissatisfied. You get what you put in.
Cons
Better benefits (including a better dental plan and vision care) would be a nice improvement.
