A general clique attitude, so if your face fits I'm sure it's a great place to work with quick promotion and recognition. However, for the majority it seems that the partners/managers, depending on your position, take advantage of those who are efficient. It is openly frowned upon if you leave at your contracted hour, even though you will not be paid overtime for any extra time spent in the office. Many dismissals just before end of probationary period - feels unfair for those workers who seemed to do a reasonable job (more than some still with the company). Lots of feedback through surveys, but nothing ever changes - waste of everybody's time.
