You have very little influence on what clients you get to work on and this is especially evident when you have continuity and seniority in a certain engagement and industry. I feel like you would have to advocate very aggressively for yourself to switch engagements and most do not have that confidence at this stage
The slow delivery of feedback feeds a culture of paranoia and you have most employees, fresh out of school, thinking they are getting fired.
